The perfect home! I haven’t seen my teenager “ play” with her younger brothers so much in a long time- but this place just brought them closer together! I guess a super warm pool can do that! The neighborhood was great to walk at night. Todd had everything you could need for the house and for a beach day. The beds were cozy. Lived there was 3 living spaces (one being outdoors!) and multiple entrances to the pool right from the living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house is located in a nice quiet area but still close enough to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The house was very clean / comfortable and the pool aera was very private and relaxing. The communication with Todd was good and had no issues with our stay. I would recommend the place.

We had an amazing time here! Awesome house, pool, and host. I would recommend to others! The pool was so much fun and there was even lots of pool toys at the house to use. About 20 min to Ft.Myers Beach. Hope to visit again sometime!

So glad we chose to stay here! The property was clean and had everything we needed and more. Pool was a perfect temp and the neighborhood was quiet. Would absolutely recommend if you’re staying in the area!

Our family enjoyed a week vacation at Cape Pool Paradise. The house was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed including stuff for beach days. The location is amazing and close to stores, beaches and activities. The kids really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. We will absolutely be back!

One of the best AirBnbs I have stayed in! The house itself was warm, inviting, and spacious- much larger than anticipate with two dining spaces and living rooms. Our group of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids, never felt cramped! The kitchen was well-stocked, providing everything we needed to cook meals at home. Definitely loved the addition of the margarita maker! Much to my kids’ delight, there were plenty of pool toys. The pool was warm & clean with extra seating. We enjoyed several Cape Coral restaurants and sights as well as trips to Ft Meyers and Naples. Todd was always friendly & responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, the house was perfect for our family of 4. My kids asked to stay in the same house if we come to Florida again. There was pool and beach toys, beach accessories (umbrella/chairs/cooler) and fishing poles to use. Todd was a great host, he made sure the check in and check out went smoothly, offered to have the pool pre heated prior to arrival (only $10 extra a day) well worth it! And response time was within 30 minutes.

This was our first vacation to Florida with our two children, 5 and 2. The house was perfect for what we needed and neither of the kids wanted to leave. Pool was perfect, quiet neighborhood filled with very friendly people. Every time we took a walk, anyone we encountered stopped to say hi. House was reasonable distance to every beach we wanted to visit- hit several on Sanibel and then Ft Myers and Bonita Springs. When we return, this is where we'll stay!

Todd's place was fantastic! Was a great location and quiet neighborhood. Todd was very responsive to all msgs. The house is as described. Has all the amenities you could ask for. From everything you need in the kitchen to cook fresh meals to pool accessories and even coolers and beach chairs. The lanai feels privet and has an awsome view of the sunset in the canal. This will not be the last time we stay here.
