House Rules
Small dogs are welcome...no excessive shedding breeds allowed. Once your small dog has been approved remember please be a good neighbor and keep yard clean. Family friendly with no parties or loud music as you are staying in a family neighborhood. There is an additional $10 per day optional pool heat charge during the cool months.. but remember when it gets below 50 the pool heater struggles to keep at temp so be patient. Pool Rules: No glass in or around the pool. Pool cleaning fee of $500 for any broken glass left in pool. We provide plastic cups for your use. No diving or jumping in pools as the depth is only 3-6 feet depending on the water level.
