House Rules
Please no parking in garage as floor is painted. Small dogs only...no excessive shedding breeds allowed. Once your small dog has been approved remember please clean up the yard after your fluffy friend. Family friendly with no parties or loud music as there are family homes on all sides. Be great neighbors! There is an additional $10 per day optional pool heat charge during the cool months.. but remember when it gets below 50 the pool heater struggles to keep at temp so be patient. Pool Rules: No glass in or around the pool. Pool cleaning fee of $500 for any broken glass left in pool. We provide plastic cups for your use. No diving or jumping in pools as the depth is only 3-6 feet depending on the water level.
